Welcome to Stitching Desert Rays. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before purchasing.

General

All products are handmade in rural Australia. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in colour, placement of fabric prints, and stitching may occur. These variations are not considered faults and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.

All measurements are approximate.

Orders & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Australia Post only.

Processing time is a minimum of 7 business days. As we operate from a remote location with limited mail runs, dispatch days may vary.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Stitching Desert Rays is not responsible for delays once parcels have been lodged with Australia Post.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Additional fees may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items deemed faulty on arrival.

Items that have been used and later stop working or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos provided.

Care & Use

Our products are designed for everyday family use. Normal wear and tear, sun exposure, washing, dirt, food, or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.

Care instructions should be followed to maintain product longevity.

Safety Disclaimer

Stitching Desert Rays products are designed as accessories only and are not safety devices. Adult supervision is required at all times when products are in use. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct installation and use. Stitching Desert Rays accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care and usage guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, images, and content on this website remain the property of Stitching Desert Rays and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Liability

Stitching Desert Rays is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Products are not safety devices and should always be used under adult supervision.
