Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Stitching Desert Rays, every item is carefully handmade and checked before shipping.
Faulty Items on Arrival
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, we will offer either:

A replacement (where possible), or

A refund, at our discretion.
Return shipping for confirmed faulty items will be covered by us.
Used Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been used and later stop working or show wear and tear. This includes damage caused by normal use, washing, exposure to sun, dirt, food, kids, pets, or general life chaos.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour choices, or ordering the wrong product. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Important Notes

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a faulty return.

Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty on arrival.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method.
