All items from Stitching Desert Rays are handmade in rural Australia and packed with care.

Processing Time

Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

As we operate from a remote location, mail runs are limited and dispatch days may vary. Processing times may be longer during busy periods or for made-to-order items — we will always communicate if delays occur.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your parcel has been lodged, tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and depend on Australia Post. Due to rural and remote delivery routes, orders may take longer to arrive.

Stitching Desert Rays is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to Australia Post.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. However, we are happy to assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post if needed.
